Stella, Maria e Lucrezia sono tre donne forti, sensibili, che hanno incontrato amore, tradimento, sofferenza e morte. Nel corso di una lunga notte per Maria e Lucrezia affiorano i ricordi: il dolore per una tragedia che le ha segnate, l’amore per una donna meravigliosa. E ancora, una famiglia, un gruppo di amici. Una sapiente alternanza di narrazioni alla ricerca di una verità che faccia luce sui tanti misteri che ancora avvolgono la loro esistenza. Accade spesso, però, che dal dolore possa nascere una vita nuova. Sullo sfondo, la Cagliari degli anni 70: i primi movimenti ecologisti, la nascita del movimento femminista e le sue prime lotte, ancora attuali, per i diritti delle donne. Massimo Dadea  è nato a Nuoro. Prima del romanzo “L’omeopata”, edito da Il Maestrale (2017), ha scritto altri due libri: “La febbre del fare” (2009) e “La maledizione libertaria” (2014), editi dalla CUEC.

Stella, Maria, and Lucrezia are three strong and sensitive women who have encountered love, betrayal, suffering, and death. During the course of a long night, memories resurface for Maria and Lucrezia: the pain of a tragedy that marked them, the love for a wonderful woman, and the bonds of family and friendship. Through a skillful alternation of voices, the story unfolds as a search for truth, aiming to shed light on the many mysteries that still surround their lives. Yet often, from pain, a new life can be born. The backdrop is 1970s Cagliari: the rise of ecological movements, the birth of the feminist movement, and its early battles—which remain highly relevant today—for women’s rights. Massimo Dadea was born in Nuoro. Before the novel L’omeopata (Il Maestrale, 2017), he wrote two other books: La febbre del fare (2009) and La maledizione libertaria (2014), both published by CUEC.
